It's hard to fall in love with a sunscreen! So hard! I'm not sure why its impossible to get a sunscreen formulation right. It's either too greasy, too white, too thick, too dry. You get the drift right? So when I find one that's close to perfection, I gotta share it with you.
{Simple as that} is an Australian brand that uses the purest natural and organic ingredients for a very potent skincare range. Their sunscreen which is SPF30 is formulated by a pharmacist, to provide broad spectrum protection from sun's UVA and UVB rays using Zinc Oxide as its active ingredient. I've been using this sunscreen for a good few months now and honestly I didn't plan to write a review for it but it's so good, I just had to write one.
On my dry olive Indian skin, this goes on perfect. Most sunscreen's give me white cast but not this one. It goes on smooth, hydrates my skin, absorbs fast and even supports makeup on top of it. I have nothing to complain. The last I was so smitten with a sunscreen, it was the Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Fluid SPF50 sunscreen which I still love to the core.
{Simple as that} Sunscreen is a bit better because it's all natural based, with Green Tea, Rosehip Oil and Red Raspberry Seed Oil in it. My skin feels great with it on, it just glows naturally, not greasy kind of way but actual healthy skin kind of glow. I love to use it as it is, when about and about, to fake a no-makeup healthy skin. Husband tried it on and he didn't crib about a sunscreen for once so I'll consider that a win.
The brand makes a sunscreen for children as well, which I'm very keen to get for Aiza. NZ sun is so harsh, my four month old already has a sun spot and I'm kinda not ok with that. So I'm very keen to get the children's version of this sunscreen, which has the skin calming chamomile oil in it.
